Compressed Air Simulator

Applications open

Use CasPro on a real project — before the public launch.

Before CasPro launches publicly, I'm working directly with a small group of compressed air professionals using it on real plants and client projects.

Bring a real system or decision you're working on. I'll help you build and calibrate the model, test the options, and get to a useful result.

There is no charge during this founding phase. In return, I want detailed feedback on what works, what doesn't, and what you need from the software.

What you get

Full access to CasPro

Use the complete product on a real plant or client project.

Your first model built with you

We'll build it together, or send me the plant information and I'll help set it up for you.

Help calibrating it to the real system

Where appropriate, we'll use pressure measurements, pump-up tests, compressor measurements and other plant data to improve the model.

Direct access to me

Questions, modelling problems, missing components — there's no support queue during this phase.

What I ask in return

Use it on something real.

A plant you operate, a client audit, an upgrade you're evaluating, or a customer project.

Tell me where it works and where it doesn't.

What confused you, what slowed you down, what you didn't trust, what's missing, and what would make it genuinely useful in your work.

If it produces a useful result, let me document it.

With your permission, that might be a short testimonial, an anonymised case study or a worked example.

The application

Apply for access

Tell me a little about your work and the project you'd like to use CasPro on. I read every application personally. If it looks like a good fit for this phase, I'll get in touch and we'll decide the easiest way to build your first model.

Plant operations, consulting and auditing, equipment and service — a sentence or two is plenty.

Tell me briefly what you're working on — for example a compressor replacement, VSD evaluation, pressure problem, leak project, audit or customer proposal.

What's the decision or question you want the model to help answer?
